Walking vs Running: Best for Quick Weight Loss?

@Hamza Butt bohat shukriya walk jog method suggest karne ke liye. Yeh acha tareeqa lag raha hai shuruat karne ka, lekin mujhe yeh samajh nahi aata ke balance kaisay karna hai.

switching to running can definitely help with weight loss, especially if you ease into it. I started with a walk jog method, where I walked for a few minutes and then jogged for a minute.

Kya apko lagta hai ke mujhe kisi specific time, jaise 20 ya 30 minutes, ko target karna chahiye? Ek aur baat yeh hai ke kya mujhe pace track karna chahiye ya sirf intervals ke complete hone pe focus karun? Apka kya tajurba raha hai is bare mein?

kya mujhe kuch din sirf walking karke phir slowly jogging shuru karni chahiye ya dono ko daily mix karna chahiye? Mujhe apne stamina pe focus chahiye, par thora darr bhi lag raha hai ke is transition ko lekar. apka experience kaisa tha jab apne yeh change kiya? Apne kis tarah se adjust kiya tha beginning mein?
 
@Hira Aslam 1 minute jogging and then walking? Wah bhai, aap to Olympic athlete banne wale hain. Seriously, agar aap itne initial intervals pe focus kar rahe hain, toh shayad zyada running ka sochna thora daunting ho sakta hai.

Yeh shayad theek hai agar aap pehle kuch din sirf walk pe rakhna chahte hain, phir dheere dheere jogging ki taraf aana. Lekin kisi din to bandook ko nicha rakh kar dekhiye, agar jogging itni mushkil lag rahi hai toh shayad kisi aur cheez ki zaroorat hai.

Acha, kisi bhi resource ka istemal karke sahi shoes lekar aayiye, warna foot pain toh aapko zaroor dikhne ko milega. Jab aap kahan tak jogging karte hain, wo to maar kar yaad rahega jab aap thak gaye honge!:D

I do want to start easy with jogging, kyun kay mujhe zyada intensity se dar lag raha hai. i think I may need to find a way to measure my distance as well, taake pata chal sake ke main kahan tak ja rahi hoon. Do you think there are any good apps ya local groups that can help in tracking that?
