Vigo Diesel Engine Stopping Mid Drive: Why's This Happening?

@Amna Yousaf Shukriya apka suggestion dene ka! Main ab crankshaft sensor ka soch raha hoon. Kya ap samajhte hain ke main khud isko check kar sakta hoon ya phir mechanic ke paas le jana chahiye?

Main thora cautious hoon engine parts ki ched khani mein. Aur, kabhi kabhi engine start karte waqt slight vibration feel hoti hai. Kya ye related ho sakti hai? apki input se aur clarity milti hai.

@Zaynab Afridi shukriya yeh fuel lines wala idea dene ke liye! main definitely inko check karoon ga, lekin mujhe leaking ya blockage dhoondne ka zyada experience nahi hai.

aap please thori si guidance de sakti hain ke kis cheez par focus karna chahiye aur kya damage signs dhoondne chahiye? Agar koi specific tool ya tareeqa pata hai to woh bhi share kar dein, kyun ke mujhe gaari diagnose karna thora mushkil lag raha hai. Is tarah manage karne se shayad mujhe clear path mil jaye.

@Amna Tariq Checking the fuel relay is indeed a good step. it is surprising how often these small components can lead to major issues like sudden engine shutdowns.

I remember a friend who faced similar problems, and it turned out to be the relay acting up. while you are at it, it might also be worth looking into the ignition system.

Sometimes the issue can stem from a faulty ignition coil or spark plugs, which can lead to irregular engine behavior as well. If it is not just the relay, consider taking a look at the wiring associated with it too.

Over time, corrosion or loose connections can cause all sorts of erratic engine behavior. Getting a full inspection might save you from future headaches.

For a thorough check, I recommend a place like World Diesel Services if you are nearby. They have good reviews for diagnostics and have resolved similar issues for others in the area.

@Khurram Shahzad It is not just about checking for leaks or blockages in the fuel lines. you also need to inspect the fuel filter regularly. a clogged filter can cause fuel flow issues too, leading to erratic engine behavior.

If you do not have experience with this, it might be worth visiting a garage that specializes in diesel engines. they can help you understand the layout and how to troubleshoot effectively.

A hands on approach is usually more effective than just advice online. Look for places like Ravi Autos or any other specialized diesel service stations where the mechanics know how to handle these issues. you might learn a lot from them that can help you in the future.

@Shahbaz Ahmed Thanks for the suggestion about the fuel filter. I have done a basic check on the fuel lines and did not notice any leaks.

Magar filter ki taraf main nahi gaya tha. Is it difficult to check the fuel filter myself ya phir main kisi mechanic ke paas le kar jaun?

Mujhe thora hesitant lag raha hai for the opening up that part. Kya koi specific signs hain jo mujhe dikhne chahiye agar filter clogged ho? Your input might help me decide the next step.
