Suggest me my pc turns on but my keyboard, mouse and monitor does not work

Hi guys
my pc turns on but my keyboard, mouse and monitor does not work, already checked that all the plugs are plugged in correctly , what could be the problem ?
 
hard shutdown the pc , disconnect power leads and hold the start button in for 30 secs.

Also remove the CMOS Battery for a short time and reinstall.

Can you disconnect the Hard Drive from the PC and then get into the BIOS to do a Default Setup and reboot

This is what I am always facing. Then I usually turn out my battery for 10 seconds. Then fix it again and turn on my laptop. Keyboard starts functioning. I dont know why it happens but this is what I do to fix it.
 
It sounds like a motherboard or power supply problem. If possible, try resetting the BIOS or testing with a different power supply.
