How to lose weight fast before marriage without losing facial glow

have you considered adding more protein to your meals? It can really help with weight loss while keeping your skin healthy. I switched to having protein rich snacks, like boiled eggs or Greek yogurt, and it made a noticeable difference in my energy levels.

@Sidra Iqbal That makes sense. Regular workouts do seem like a good idea. I have been trying to stay active, but I often feel overwhelmed with everything else going on, like preparations for the wedding and managing stress.

What kind of workouts did you focus on? I am curious if there are specific routines that worked well for you. I am mostly looking for something I can stick to without it being too time consuming.

skin health ko maintain karna bohot zaroori hai, especially shadi ke waqt jab aapki wajah sabki nazron mein hoti hai. Thori regular facial masks use karne se bhi bohot help mil sakti hai.

@Sidra Iqbal thanks for sharing your experience! it is helpful to know that regular workouts made such a difference for you. i am just unsure about how to incorporate exercises into my busy schedule with all the wedding planning going on.

What type of workouts did you focus on, and how often did you manage to do them? I want to stay motivated, but I do not want to feel overwhelmed with everything else happening.

@Khadija Noor Thanks for the suggestion about adding more protein to my meals. it sounds promising, and I have been curious about what kinds of snacks to consider.

i really like boiled eggs, but Greek yogurt is a bit new for me. Is there a specific brand you would recommend that is easily available in Pakistan? i want to make sure I am getting quality options for my diet.

@Ayesha Khan Absolutely, I agree that skin health is super important, especially with all the stress around wedding preparations. I actually started using a gentle exfoliating scrub last month.

It made a noticeable difference in how my skin felt, really smooth and fresh. I used a local brand called Neutrogena which is available at many pharmacies.

I found that it helped remove dead skin without irritating my face. Just make sure to follow it up with a good moisturizer to keep things hydrated.

Also, incorporating some Vitamin C serums into my routine has really brightened up my complexion. It is definitely worth exploring more options like that if you want an extra glow before your big day.

@Noor Fatima Boiled eggs are great, but if you really like Greek yogurt, just make sure it is the plain, unsweetened kind. Flavored versions usually have added sugars that can mess with your diet goals.

you might also want to add some nuts to your snacks. Almonds or walnuts are really good and can help keep you full while providing healthy fats.

They are super easy to grab on the go too. also, do not forget about hydration. Drinking enough water impacts your skin health as well. It keeps your skin fresh and helps flush out toxins. so, keep a water bottle with you throughout the day.

@Laiba Ahmed Thanks for the advice about Greek yogurt! I will definitely keep an eye out for the plain, unsweetened kind. It is good to know that flavored versions can mess with diet goals.

I read that protein can help with feeling full, so I am trying to include that in my meals. I have been focusing on eggs and some chicken, but I am unsure if it is enough.

Do you think there are any specific snack options that would help maintain my energy and focus throughout the busy days leading up to the wedding? I really do not want to feel drained while planning everything.
