I am getting married in a few months, and honestly, I am stressing out about how to quickly shed some kilos before the big day without losing my facial glow.

I have heard a lot of horror stories about how rapid weight loss can negatively affect skin health, and that is the last thing I want to deal with, especially with all the wedding festivities around the corner.

Do you guys have any tips on how to balance weight loss with maintaining a nice skin texture? I have a strict budget, so I cannot invest in expensive treatments, but I do want to look my best.

I read somewhere that Vitamin C rich foods can improve skin glow... Any specific foods I should focus on? Also, maybe some good local skincare brand recommendations?
