Pakistani cricket faced a setback as young pacer Naseem Shah sustained a shoulder injury during the Lanka Premier League, casting doubt on his participation in the impending Asia Cup and ODI World Cup 2023.
This blow not only impacts his team, Colombo Strikers, but also raises concerns for Pakistan's pace attack.
Naseem Shah's absence, though the extent of injury remains uncertain, echoes Pakistan's past woes, reminiscent of Shaheen Shah's injury in the previous Asia Cup and T20 World Cup 2022.
As fans wish for a swift recovery, the nation holds its breath, hoping history won't repeat itself, and the formidable pacer returns to the fold.
