Suggest me my persian cat getting week day by day

I have persian cat only 8 month kitten. She is weak day by day.
Also feel scared and pass the urine continuously meowing. Pĺz suggest me whats the reason??

Cat is weak because it is losing body fluid by passing urine,
so give it anti diuretic to prevent excessive excretion of urine.
Inject multivitamin to boost the appetite.
 
Need more History to diagnosed the disease it may be viral ,bacterial or metabolic issue
