Motivation is really just the result of small, repeated habits. The trick most students miss is setting a weekly target that is slightly above your comfort zone instead of waiting to feel inspired. Write one clear goal each Monday, break it into a daily list, and tick off every small task — the visible progress itself keeps you going. Pair every study session with a fixed routine: same desk, same start time, phone in another room. When a subject feels heavy, read a solved example first and then try one similar problem on your own; that early success makes the next step easier. Reward yourself the same way every week so your brain links effort with something positive.
