I'm not sure about greenry but you can find patches of snow in November in Arang Kel.what about end of october or start of november?

Wese b in November there would be no greenry as autumn would be started. For snow and greenry you can go in April (summer)

for ratti gali car can go only upto dowarian then you have to hire jeep. Further to that, car can go upto Kel... For rest of the mentioned places you'd require jeep and hiking.
