Back pain

The back pain has nothing to do with cesareans, This pain is due to weakness. Lactating mothers face calcium deficency.
Take a glass of Milk daily and also take calcium supplements.

Take these tablets for alteast 6 months
Tab caC 1000 OR Intig-D
Vitamin D3
 
Thank you so much. I will start Tab caC 1000 from today.... but please tell me which vitamin d3 medicine should i have to take also?
