Aoa,tachycardia in a 19-week pregnant mother on and off most of the time is it something to worry about when she has Mild mitral regurgitation no history of thyroid issue... heart rate around 110/bpm is okay? Does that affect the baby? Anomaly scan is normal but the sonographer kept asking questions abt blood pressure frequently I totally forgot telling him abt tachycardia...

Mild MR is not associated with much pregnancy problems and poor effects for baby.

Tachycardia directly doesn't effect the fetus but fetal monitoring and your timely cardiac evaluation will be needed.

Please check Haemoglobin level. Anemia can also increase heart rate.
