find NetSim to be the tool of choice in 5G simulations, you may want to give it a try.
You can collect some 5G cellular network data from mobile phones using apk applications such as NetMonitor Pro, G-NetTrack.
We use NetSim for 5G simulations. It covers FR1 and FR2 as well as MIMO and beamforming.
