Can anyone tell me what benefit we will get by growing this tree in our country, i'm just asking because i have no proper information about this tree...

1- How old they are ?
2- How many years it will take them to mature for timber ?
3- If I grow it on my own land do I need permission from Forestry or any Govt. department ? or require any sort of NOC ?
4- Root System : How deep and wide the roots spread over the years ? What space/distance is required deterrent each plant ?
5- will it grow in Arid zone of Sindh (or the planted spot can be prepared with micro nutrients etc. to fertile soil for suitability?)
