Suggest me lices treatment

My 3 year old daughter got lices in her head from our maid,
i have tried english anti lice shampoo, metal combs etc, but they don't go away,
now they are in my 4.5 yr old son's and my head too, someone suggested me to have ivermite tablets,
but i am not sure about those, can u help me please, are those safe ? And if yes then what should be dosage?

1st treat your maid as if you will clear ur n kids head it will still come in ur head thru maid
