The Senate Standing Committee on Law and Justice on Wednesday deliberated ways to discourage and curb attacks on judges for their judgements, expressing its resolve to ensure the judiciary was spared the criticism to ensure rule of law.
Senator Ali Zafar, chairing the standing committee, said it was the mandate of the panel to ensure that the rule of law was implemented in letter and spirit, adding it could only thrive if due dignity and respect was accorded to institutions such as the judiciary.

In all justice and fairplay the present chief justice should be held for treason. It would be unfair to the state and people to let him go. He by taking the suo moto and rejecting to accept pertinent evidences showed he is not capable of the position and brought shame to the whole Pakistani judicial institution.
 
and let the corrupt live on ..... After military heads similar demand comes from judges. In a fair and democratic state and for the rule of law to triumph everyone should be accountable. This accountability is necessary and the deterrence required to stop the powerful from becoming corrupt, lex and repeatedly making careless and foolish acts which go against the interests of the state and the people. If they made a wrong judgment the position and privilege they enjoy demands that they should be criticised and held accountable for.
 
Judges and judgement are one of the same thing because judgement comes from judges only not anyone else, criticism of judges or judgement are one of the same thing.
 
Keep courts open 24/7 for comman masses ; deliver justice , no blue eyed cases on a speedy train for trials . Justice should not only be delivered but also seen as delivered. Maintain impartiality. Accountability or criticism is of a persons based upon his judgements or decissions.
 
The judges sound not give corrupt decisions . The senate Committee should also keep an eye on corrupt ways and take action against the judges.
People see and know what is happening. Why do these corrupt people think people are stupid
 
Thats a tough one ..,, be kind verbally to those who are giving judgements against our well being…
